When Anxiety Rises

Sometimes anxiety appears suddenly.

No clear reason.
No obvious trigger.
Just a shift in the body… a tightening… a sense of unease.

In those moments, it can be helpful to pause and ask:

What is happening in me right now?

Not to analyze.
Not to fix immediately.
But to gently check in.

Sometimes the feeling belongs to something real—
fatigue, overstimulation, too much input, too little rest.

Sometimes it’s the nervous system catching up
after a full day, a full week, or a full season.

And sometimes, it’s simply a sign
that your system needs space to settle.

Instead of pushing it away,
we can return to something simple:

the body,
the breath,
the present moment.

A small daily “clearing” doesn’t need to be complicated.

It can be as simple as choosing to reset your attention
and come back to yourself.

Simple Reset Invocation stated out loud while focusing on image

“I return to myself.
I release what I’ve been holding.
I allow my body to settle.
I come back to the present moment.
I am safe to slow down.”
