A Swan Light Letter: The Grace to Change
There is a quiet strength that is often overlooked in times of great change.
It is not force. It is not certainty. It is not the need to have every answer before we take the next step.
It is adaptability.
For many years, I believed that being strong meant holding the line. And sometimes it does. There are moments when truth must be spoken, boundaries must be held, and the soul must say, “No more.”
But there is another kind of strength now rising within many of us.
It is the strength to soften without collapsing. To change without betraying ourselves. To release an old form while preserving the living essence inside it.
This is the field I call Swan Light.
Swan Light is not fragile. It is graceful because it is deeply attuned. It knows when to glide, when to pause, when to lift, and when to return to still water. It does not fight the river. It reads the current.
